Factory Facilities

The need to have the capacity and flexiblity to manufacture a wide range of products requires a broad selection of plant through various factory sites worldwide.

The main manufacturing plant consists of two 35 tonne stainless steel blending units (Bill & Ben) positioned on load cells for highly accurate measuring of pumped raw materials.

Various other mixing and blending units bring the manufacturing capacity to around 100 tonnes. All weighing is carried out via precision electronic scales to continue production in total accuracy.

Own Branded Chemical Labels

Conveyor producing Own Label products A major division of EAC is solely geared to offer own label products for most markets, including the retail industry. Products that you may come across every day are often manufactured by EAC.

We can manufacture, pack and label most of our product range under your label for you to sell, confident that you have the backing and experience of the leading auto chemical chemists in the industry. Everything from car polishes to specialised aerosols are available to increase your turnover and more importantly - your profits.

Small Orders 1 - 1000 bottles

Unlike chemical manufactures that offer own branding EAC will supply and label just a 1 bottle order if required. At EAC we understand that lots of start up companies just dont have the cash flow to purchase 1000`s of bottles just to keep in stock for months, so this is why we have a seperate facility dedicated to small batch ordering. All as we ask is that you either supply us with your own labels on a roll or you send us your details so we can over print onto our own generic labels.

Product Licence and Identity Protection

We feel that all our customers should be offered a greater degree of product identity protection and therfore EAC will never disclose to any third parties the identity of any customers. This results in a total factory restriction to visiting guests, keeping your brand name secret at all times.
